Born in La Rochelle but with strong links with Normandy, Hélène VIEL practised as a lawyer prior to accepting the responsibilities of Director of legal affairs and public order for a territorial collective.

Enriched by this experience, she joined the OCEANIS AVOCATS firm in 2018 in order to best help our clients in difficulties encountered in the day to day management of their collective or in their administrative actions.
